Exterior painting Step by step process:

 

1. PRESSURE WASHING: All areas to be painted will be pressure washed to remove dirt and mildew. All of the solutions used on this step are nontoxic and will not hurt landscaping.

 

   2. SURFACE PREPARATION AND CARPENTRY WORK: Damaged wood will be replaced using the best materials in the market. Loose paint will be scraped, sanded, and primed. All open joints will be properly caulked,  damaged glazing will be replaced, and nail holes will be filled.

 

   3. PAINT APPLICATION: Premium paint will be applied to all prepared areas.

 

   4. CLEAN UP: All job related debris will be cleaned daily, as well as at the completion of the job.

 

   5. INSPECTION: We check our jobs on daily basis, and a final inspection will be done with the customer at the end of the project to assure complete satisfaction.
